What I Know As An Army Spouse

It is always fun to read "You Know You're An Army Spouse..." aricles/posts. There are always a few ideas that I can relate to and a couple that I tend to look at crossed eyed.   I wanted to create a list of items that I (personally) know to be true.
What I Know As An Army Wife:

1. Never go to the commissary on the 1st or 15th.
2. If you hear the term Class VI they are talking about the liquor store.
3. Never visit a Class VI or a Shoppette the first weekend after a deployment returns.
4. You will undoubtedly get aggravated every time your spouse has to get his Blue's together last minute (which will always end up costing money).
5. Anyone in uniform will be "Daddy" to your little one regardless or height, weight or race.
6. It is easier to remember last names.
7. If you work you will undoubtedly be overqualified or underemployed.
8. You will be overlooked for employment when they figure you will just be moving anyway.
9. There is an invisible line that exists between enlisted wives and officer wives.  Despite the fact that neither are actually in the military.
10. Your spouse's SSN is way easier to remember than your own.
11. Any storage space you have is full of military gear.
12. There will be an entire closet dedicated to uniforms.
13. Your spouse will get on your nerves if he hasn't been tdy in a while.
14. You will be SO good with acronyms i.e. PCS, PX, LES, SM, TDY, BAH, etc.
15. Your "vacations" always involve going back "home."
16. Your hubs has a huge potty mouth that is reserved for in the office.
17. You will get aggravated at being known as just an "Army Wife".
18. You will maintain the vehicles and keep everything in working order.
19. Your spouse is literally married to the Army. You will sometimes be the mistress.
20. Nothing happens until Leave is approved.
21. Your spouse is always sexy with a fresh haircut and in uniform.
22. You will make lasting friendships with people that are nothing like you and that you would probably not have spoken to before.
23. You will look at most things as an adventure.
What do you know to be true? I would love to hear your thoughts/ideas!
